Snug and fitted high-waist training tights for tall women with longer legs and higher waist. Same design as the super-popular High-Waist Training Tights, but modified to suit tall women. The tights are made of top quality French Performance Boost material, which is completely squat proof. The snug fit and firm, high waist ensure that the tights stay in place even during demanding workouts. Thanks to the tight fit and stretchy, durable material, the High-Waist Tall Training Tights are suitable for all types of training.

Designed for tall women: best suited for women around 172-182 cm tall. Measure your hips, and select the size closest to your measurement from the size chart. The high-quality, four-way stretch Gymnation Performance Boost™ material features light compression for a supportive, snug fit that moves with you. The densely knitted matte fabric offers excellent opacity—completely squat-proof—while feeling soft, smooth, and supportive against the skin. It breathes well and dries quickly, helping you stay comfortable during even the most intense sessions.

Ideal for high-intensity workouts, functional training, and heavy lifting. Works also well in running if you are looking for supportive tights with light compression.

Care Instructions
- Wash sweaty workout gear as soon as possible after use to prevent sweat buildup.
- Machine wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F) with similar colours.
- Use a liquid detergent, preferably one designed for sportswear.
- Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce breathability and stretch. For a natural alternative, use laundry vinegar to refresh your gear.
- Air dry your sportswear. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat can damage elastane fibers.
- If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature setting and avoid ironing over prints.
